With an oath of joy and an optimistic view of the future, many LA students rejoiced at the sight of a new menu option. The plethora of previous menu options in our cafeteria has gradually declined in the interest of most students. Sodexo, Lipscomb Academy’s food service provider, recently rolled out a cultural delicacy to their Thursday lunch menu.

Sushi!

This iconic delicacy, which most students enjoy in their off-campus life, originates from Japan. Students find the new menu items to be a great addition to the school’s dining hall menu. Personal opinions surrounding the new menu addition include the following: “The Shrimp roll is worth my $5.95”- says Sophie Schrader.

Sushi is a great addition to the Sodexo menu. Many students find joyous emotions channeled through their sushi cravings.
