Last Month, Vice-President Joe Biden announced he will NOT be running for President.  So that of course disappointed a lot of Democrats because believe it or not, Joe’s kinda popular right now.
So what does this mean for the election?  It means the Democrats are stuck with former First Lady, former Senator, and Former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton or Senator Bernie Sanders.  Okay, and yes I know I left out a few but who even is gonna vote for Martin O’Malley or Lincoln Chafe?
It also means the campaign will be missing a lot of hilarious moments with Joe, who has been known to be a gold mind for those unplanned, awkward, and kinda funny moments.  Also, it leaves out the Vice-President’s many years of experience.  He served as Senator for 36 years!  And has been Vice-President since 2009.  Which means he has been serving in Washington DC for 42 years! Of course, this also means he’s kinda old.  But the time he would be inaugurated as President, he would be 73 years old.
Currently, the oldest President upon inauguration is Ronald Reagan, who turned 70 a few weeks after becoming President.  Either way, there will definitely be a missing voice in this year’s campaign. VP Biden was not available for comment.
